Get started
Get your password! Send a free SMS with the message 'LOGIN' to 1914. You will then receive a password by SMS. If you would prefer to choose a password yourself, send an SMS with the message 'LOGIN + your password' (for example 'LOGIN abcd1234') to 1914. Your password must have a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 16 characters and must only consist of alphanumeric characters.
Enter your mobile phone number and password and an overview of your invoices will appear.

An SMS informs you as soon as your new BASE invoice is available online and tells you immediately what the invoice amount is. Then you can access your invoice via www.kpnonline.be and even settle it immediately.
Easy to settle payment
You can settle your online invoice immediately via e-PAY with a single click of the mouse. The correct invoice amount is even filled in for you already. As a matter of course, the e-PAY payments are conducted in maximum security.

With this service you have a perfect overview of all your invoices. The handy search function means that you can access your invoices from January 2006 onwards at any time. Do you prefer it on paper?
